WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS A MISSING SPEAKER?

ALWAYS WAIT UNTIL THE ROUND HAS ENDED BEFORE GIVING A SPEAKER A NO SHOW (rank 5 with 61 points).

Often, speakers are double-entered so they are speaking in their other speech event. So, basically just wait for them.

It doesn’t hurt to check with the tab room when time has ended for the round.
