FOR THE MARCH TOURNAMENTS
Choose 1 for your Meeting:
Wednesday March 11, 7 to 8pm,
Parent-Family Meeting
Thursday March 12, 7 to 8pm,
Parent-Family Meeting
We will help you see how the event works and we will answer your questions.
Students can attend but do not need to.
--Elementary Debaters:
Have your
research ready.
Have your filled out Case scripts ready.
Have your other scripts ready to fill out during the debates.
--Middle School 3 on 3 Debaters:
Have your
research ready.
Have your scripts ready to fill in during the debate
(1st props should have their case script ready to put onto the
flowsheet).
You MUST use the tournament flow paper during the event.
Only notes written on the tournament flow paper are allowed in the actual
debates.
You CANNOT use material that was written/printed before the topic
for the round is announced.
--Speech Event participants:
Have your
speeches ready to present.
--Update your Zoom and your laptop
EVEN IF YOU ARE IN PERSON AT SEATTLE U.

--For those participating Online in
the mid-January MS event,
be sure to Test
your Internet so you have a good Connection.
Review
and bookmark/favorite the Dashboard.
You will use the dashboard over and over during the tournament.
Note: Climbers don’t need to
sign the waiver—you’ve already done that.
