2. PARENT-FAMILY MEETING ON ZOOM

 

Friday January 16

STUDENTS: 4:30 to 6:30pm

Students are given instruction with preparation and practice.

PARENTS-FAMILY: 6:30 to 7:30pm

We will help you see how the event works and will answer your questions.

3. BE READY

 

--Elementary Debaters:
Have your AI research ready.
Have your filled out Case scripts ready.
Have your other scripts ready to fill out during the debates.

--Middle School Debaters:
AI your topic: The United States should significantly increase regulations on cryptocurrency.

Have your AI research ready.
Have your scripts ready to fill in during the debate
(1st props should have their case script ready to put onto the flowsheet).
Have your flowsheets ready.

--Congress participants: Be ready to argue the bills with speeches/notes on the bills.

--Speakers: Have your speeches ready to present.

 

--Update your Zoom and your laptop EVEN IF YOU ARE IN PERSON AT SEATTLE U.

--For those participating Online in the Friday eventt
 or in the mid-January MS event,
be sure to Test your Internet so you have a good Connection.

 

 

4. KNOW THE SCHEDULE, RULES, TOPICS, ETC.
