Instructional PowerPoints
2) Do work on your speech per your teacher’s
instruction.
You should do research on your presentation looking for statistics, expert
opinion, studies, along with stories, examples that are interesting.
If you are doing PowerPoint, also find pictures and videos.
If you are doing Platform, prepare an outline of your speech.
In Class, you will:
1. Engage in supportive Impromptu Practice Speaking in
small groups.
The goal is organizing what you present into an
interesting speech.
2. Learn and further prepare your Speech.
You’ll work on a full draft of your speech.
You’ll learn and begin developing supports including
pictures and videos using PowerPoint/Slides.
