Set Expectations for your program.

The following documents cover key school and team policies.

As a director, you should make sure your students understand policies about technology, harassment, hazing,
expected practice and research, coach-student relationships, alcohol and drug use, hotel rooming policies, etc.

The below agreement forms are comprehensive (but if you have ideas for more items, please email Jim at jim@climbthemountain.us).

One key item in these agreements is that students are encouraged and coaches-judges are required to inform
directors about violations of these expectations. With that information, you can work to solve the problem—including
as needed/required contacting administrators.
